Michael McNeal, a private sector/government and military leader with extensive knowledge in Program Management, Operations, Lean Analysis and Process Improvement, who previously provided VA with Strategic Direction, Long Range Planning and Enterprise Risk Management, has taken on a new role as Vice President of Operations for ACI Federal.
