The Contractor shall provide an EMSS solution with integrated mobile application fully functional and available to support all VA Direct Access Program (DAP) events the within 30 days of contract award. The EMS solution shall support Direct Access Program (DAP) events for up to 20,000 users within 30 days of contract award.
The EMS SaaS solution shall guarantee a 99.96% uptime access to content, provide back-up and continuity of operations (COOP) and enable mobile access via iPad, tablets, and Smartphones from anywhere at any time.
The Government expects full operational capability of all requirements outlined in Task 5.1 and all Attachments to be completed within 30 days of contract award. At the close of 30 days, the Contractor will deliver to the government a User Acceptance Test Cases and Test Scripts to assess if the system can support day-to-day business and user scenarios and ensure the system is sufficient and correct for business usage. The Contractor shall fix any deficiencies evidenced in documentation and resulting from the user acceptance testing within 30 days of receiving the UAT result unless otherwise extended by the COR or designated Government representative.
