VA issues RFI for Identity and Access Management Program Support Services

VA has issued an RFI seeking support for current and future projects within the Identity and Access Management program.

The Contractor shall provide project management, COTS enterprise services, consuming application integration/enablement, identity verification services, system administration, sustainment support, operation and maintenance services, and network and resource monitoring for the IAM services stated in Section 1.0 in order to provide a complete and managed services solution.

The Contractor shall maintain the current solution or propose an alternative solution and provide customization and development as needed to support the requirements in the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and backlog.

The Contractor shall follow the Agile Methodology as defined within the Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP) established by OIT Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).  The Contractor shall follow the Lifecycle described in Section 5.3, including all subparagraphs, of this PWS. The development builds shall consist of various sizes to meet the business needs as identified in the prioritized Product Backlog.

The Contractor shall maintain the current solution (Experian Precise ID) or propose an alternative solution that provides Identity Verification Services to verify VA MVI identities and provide VA with information (data feeds and reports) related to potential matches, non-matches, duplicates and updates of identity information.
