CMS is seeking a contractor to provide assistance to the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) in maintaining and updating the existing learning management system as well as providing ongoing technical assistance to the in-person assister community and CPI user groups. The work would also require coordinating with multiple contractors to implement the training releases for various user groups. At a minimum, the following knowledge and experience are required:
- Development and provision of an online LMS to enable online training, testing, and registration for agents, brokers, assisters, and CPI internal staff and contractor groups
