VA issues RFI for OBPI Testing Deployment and Resilience

The VBA has a possible requirement for a Contractor to provide all resources necessary to deliver Testing Deployment and Resilience services.

OBPI User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is approached using four phases: (1) program management support, (2) test preparation and planning, (3) test execution, and (4) post deployment and production support.  Test planning and preparation consists of all the activities required to hold UAT such as creating a test plan, test scripts, scope and requirements documents reviews, etc.  Test Execution consists of all the events of UAT to include testing the current and new functionality, running test scripts, facilitation, creation and maintenance of data, defect validation and management, and lessons learned surveys and analysis.
