The VA Technology Acquisition Center is seeking information regarding an off the shelf product to support the business needs of the VA’s Caregiver Support Program.
The future solution is intended to provide a more robust set of functionalities, centralizing the PCAFC business processes into a streamlined internal and external facing workflow management system.
The future solution will also include implementation of a new online Caregiver Support Program Services Portal to serve as a referral system to connect Caregivers to needed VA services and supports available through VA’s Caregiver Support Program.
