PRWeb: Acumen Solutions Awarded a 5-year, $260M Enterprise Case Management Contract at Veterans Affairs (VA)

“The mission of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is to provide benefits and services to the veterans of the United States. In order to better serve veterans throughout the country, the VA is moving to a new enterprise-wide VA Enterprise Case Management Solution (VECMS). The VECMS solution will leverage Salesforce to provide the VA with a modern platform that supports the VA’s case management efforts, including outreach, intake, mission execution, relationship management, and analytics.”

“Acumen Solutions won the 5-year, $260M VECMS support task over two other bidders. The VECMS support task falls under the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Salesforce Implementation, Integration, and Support Services (SIISS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)…”

“VECMS is now available to all VA offices, including VA Central Office (VACO), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA)…” Read the full press release here.
