Michelle Smith, who has spent the past several years overseeing a team to successfully implement key national initiatives for the VA OSDBU; leading a team of federal and contract support staff to create and implement the VA Enterprise Market Research Program that will be used by all VA acquisition staff; and coordinating regional direct access events across all administrations and the VA Office of Information and Technology to connect VA procurement decision makers with the appropriate small businesses, has taken on a new challenge as Team Lead with VA.
