CIO-SP3 SB and SPARC Prime TISTA beat out two other bidders to be awarded a task with NIH for performance of the HHS Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Trafficking on Persons (OTIP) Shepherd 1.0 Data Collection Solution. The task was awarded using CIO-SP3 SB.
