Chris Hluchyj, whose previous experience with VA has included time as Chief of Portfolio Management Operations, and as Acting District Deputy Veterans Experience Officer, has taken on a new challenge as Chief for Strategic Planning and Business Development within the Veterans Experience Office’s Portfolio Management Directorate.
