Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie testified before the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee on the agency’s priorities. He addressed several ongoing issues including working to improve access to VA hospitals and clinics, filling health care workforce vacancies, and improving cooperation between the Defense Department and the Veterans Affairs Department in order to best serve the nation’s former service members.
