Engility seeks Capture Manager for HHS

“Engility is seeking a BD/Capture Management leader to focus on Space and Mission Systems Group growth and capture initiatives with emphasis on Health and Human Services (HHS). The position is a direct report to the Vice President of Growth – SMSG. Ultimately, the BD/Capture Manager is responsible for developing/executing an overarching account strategy in collaboration with account operations leadership, establishing/maintaining a credible pipeline of opportunities, directing and managing one (1) to four (4) pursuits, and assuming primary ownership and accountability for the proposed solution maturation through the Corporate Capture Management Processes to include teaming and price to win strategies for compliant and compelling offers.”

“Responsibilities include: Develop, build, and mature a $500M – $1B pipeline of actionable opportunities that support the account strategy; manage assigned pipeline (portfolio of opportunities) as the opportunity owner in collaboration with account operations leadership; maintain current awareness of HHS (and its OpDivs’) buying trends, preferred vehicles, budgets, constraints, and strategic initiatives; translate Engility capabilities to solutions that align with HHS (and its OpDivs’) priorities and acquisition strategies…”

“Qualifications: Minimum of ten (10) years of BD and capture management and related business experience in the HHS space (at least two of its largest OpDivs); extensive knowledge, experience, and success in capture process are required with demonstrable understanding of all contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ – single or multiple award contracts), as well as payment types (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost plus) is expected; recent experience with HHS and its OpDivs and the HHS competitive landscape…” Read the full job description here.
