VA to award sole source for CENTECH Security Manager Upgrade and Data Migration

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Security and Investigations Center (SIC) has a requirement to upgrade its current business process application CENTECH SecurityManager and migrate all current historical records to CENTECH SecutityManager 4.x onto VA owned VMWare Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher; and migration of the current version of SecurityManager MS SQL database to a new SQL Server database instance on the VA R02 MS SQL Central Server. Annual software and license maintenance shall also be provided with two 12-month option periods. Account and locations are outlined in attached product description.
