VA solicitation: HR SMART Data Cleanse support

VA will provide a review by VA Field Offices (VHA, VAMC, Regional Offices, etc.) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) support in concert with the VA PM to update and/or fix HR Smart data issues.

Vendor shall review and assess the current situation related to the VA’s implementation of its core Human Resources (HR) processing system, HR Smart.

This effort will include the review and cleansing of HR Smart pre-deployement/historical employee records, which shall be conducted in sequential tasks as described below.  It is expected that business process improvement will result through the inclusion of new technology (such as robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the like).  The expectation is that this new technology will be rules driven, improve data quality and input as well as reduce reliance of keystrokes input by HR Specialists.  This technology should also be able to cross check and cross input data, as needed, into as many systems/applications as necessary…

The period of performance for this PWS will be one (1) base year and 1 twelve-month option year.

Responses are due by September 12, 2018.
