The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking a source to provide an assessment of the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) supply chain management functions and warehouse design. The contractor shall create an audit team that will come on site to VAGLAHS and conduct an assessment of the Supply Chain Department and provide recommendations for improvement.
The purpose of this contract is to seek professional assistance to provide an integrated Audit Team consisting of experienced auditors with experiential backgrounds (Contracting Auditors / Supply Chain Auditors / Technology Interface-Data Extraction Auditors / and Data-Analytics Auditors and eCMS Auditors) to evaluate the extant conditions of the Supply Chain Management functions at the VAGLAHS and subsequently provide recommendations that will be utilized to effect improvements in overall Supply Chain Management functions at VAGLAHS.
It is envisioned that the scope of the Audit / Data Analytics guidance will encompass assessment and provision of written reports for the following areas of concern (currently adversely impacting operations) – through walk-throughs and discussions with supply chain personnel only.
