The VHA requires a single comprehensive, enterprise-wide Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) auditing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system that meets the compliance auditing program and management systems requirements detailed in the following industry consensus documents: ISO 14001:2015, Environmental Management Systems; ISO 45001:2018, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems; and ANSI/ASSE Z10-2012 (R2017), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Standard (OHSMS).
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, training, maintenance, technical support, travel, project management and supervision required to provide access and support to an EH&S auditing software-as-a-service (SaaS) system.
