HHS issues solicitation for FOH Wellness and Health Promotion Portal IDIQ

HHS has issued a solicitation to acquire a web-based, Contractor-Owned/ Contractor-Operated (COCO) Company operated health promotion product that includes comprehensive self–management tools, targeted interventions, and interactive contacts to foster program engagement. It must include online Health Appraisals (HA), (also known as health risk appraisal or HA), personalized healthy lifestyle information, fitness center attendance tracking, and other tailored tracking and assessment tools to deliver a complete interactive health and wellness and health promotion system for eligible Federal employees of FOH’s customers, as appropriate.

During the contract period, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum quantity of 1000. This reflects the contract minimum for the entire period of performance, including any options. The contract maximum for the entire period of performance, including any options, shall be for the placement of orders totaling a maximum of $4.3 million.

The anticipated period of performance shall be for a base period of 12-months with four (4) 12- month option periods.
