VA issues RFQ for NCOD Strategic Support

VA National Center for Organization Development (NCOD) is seeking to obtain strategic support in the design and implementation of an enhanced engagement strategy. Work will include the following tasks: assisting with development of programs to further NCOD ability to support employee engagement (EE) throughout the VA, study and analysis support to identify and capture leading practices with a plan to disseminate across VA, change management and transition support in the integration of change management principles that aligns with VA’s use of Prosci methodology into the implementation plans for the Engagement and Communication Strategies, and performance management measurement support in developing and updating existing metrics to assess impact of NCOD work, indicators and supporting data, which ensure integration and alignment with other VA accountability and measurement systems.

The solicitation will be advertised as a SDVOSB set-aside. The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months from date of award.

Responses are due by August 20, 2018.
