Collier has more than 35 years of experience in technology-enabled business services including work in the government contracting and delivery environment within the federal, state and local sectors.”

“Joining Conduent from General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), Collier led the strategy, growth, operations and organizational development of a multi-disciplinary business providing information technology and business processing outsourcing services at GDIT. He also led the organization through a transformation growing it from $325 million in revenue to $2 billion and established GDIT as the largest IT, cloud and service provider in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services market.”
