VA has issued an RFI related to Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Alternate Scanning.
The Contractor shall provide the following services: Alternate Scanning Operations: In the case of a disaster at the Austin FSC site, the contractor shall provide the service of scanning mail forwarded to them from the FSC and providing the digital version back to the FSC through a secure online connection; and Annual Testing: Annual testing of FSC Alternate scanning strategies and capabilities, to include an annual Continuity Exercise.
The period of performance shall be from the date of award for a period of one, 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods.
Responses are due by August 8, 2018.
