VA has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for WMC Commercial Media Design Services.
The Contractor shall design, develop, and deploy WMC’s communications platform. The platform shall be created to quickly and efficiently inform the audiences to topics and bulletins as determined by WMC leadership. The platform shall integrate seamlessly and directly into common VA communication forms including email, intranet sites, and VA Pulse.
The contractor shall consult with designated WMC staff to develop and deliver content for the communications platform materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, and posts to VA intranet sites.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and all other resources required to deliver the media communications platform and its integration into other VA communications forum. The contractor shall have knowledge and expertise in media communications design, development, and deployment; information systems, web-based communications technology, target audience messaging.
