KPMG releases study on Maximizing Mission Integrity in Federal Healthcare

Government Business Council (GBC) conducted an in-depth research study of federal program officers employed by the government’s largest health agencies to better understand how challenges such as outdated IT, lingering process inefficiencies, antiquated tools, and strategic gaps can imperil program integrity and hinder mission achievement, leaving agencies vulnerable to wasted resources, overwhelmed staff, improper payments, and reduced public confidence are being addressed by those charged with leading the transformation.

This KPMG report is based on the March 2017 survey of federal employees.
