VHA posts Improvement Training Support Services RFI

An RFI has been issued to determine the technical capability for providing VHA Improvement Training Support Services.

The mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Systems Redesign and Improvement (VHA-SR), is to optimize the Veterans’ experience by providing services to develop self-sustaining improvement capability in VHA through consultation, education, patient flow process support, and strategic partnerships.

VHA is seeking a Contractor who “shall provide project management support to include administrative support service for VHA-SR training initiatives. The Contractor shall coordinate training resources and trainee selection processes, conduct trainings, reporting training status, track the progress of student projects to include sustainment efforts and calculating the Return on Investment (ROI).”

“The Contractor shall provide training improvement recommendations to VHA-SR Improvement Education Support Services. The Contractor shall report to VHA-SR Leadership and/or Leads who routinely meet to discuss the training initiate and student project status with a focus on improving processes to support the VHA Field Offices and other VHA groups as directed.”

Responses are due by May 29, 2018.
