VA.gov: VA’s Rapid Appeals Modernization Program now open to all appeals

RAMP provides a unique opportunity for Veterans with a pending disability compensation appeal to have early access to the more efficient review process in the historic Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act of 2017 before the law takes effect in February 2019…”
