Robert Hairsine, a 30-year commercial and Government consultant focused on RFP technical volume and management and technical solution expertise, has taken on a new role as Director of Business Development at PSI. In this role he will be responsible for managing a team for all aspects of pursuing all Federal business development opportunities, manage and be actively involved in developing, producing, and delivering proposals including all pre-proposal and post-proposal activities and will maintains all Federal contract vehicles including GSA Schedule 70, CIO-SP3, and VA T4NG.
