VA issues OSDBU Program Support Team (PST) Acquisition Support Services sources sought

VA has issued a source sought seeking a contractor to provide Acquisition Support Services to the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) Program Support Team (PST).

“The Program Management support services contractor shall be trained in their areas of expertise and shall have the level of experience to accomplish the requirements without supervision, oversight or other means of intervention by the Government.  The work shall include specific tasks and deliverables concentrating in the program management, training and utilization of acquisition related technology tools such as the Acquisition Requirements Roadmap Tool (ARRT) and an understanding of the VA Acquisition Program Management Framework (APMF) in order to fully support VA program management offices, contracting offices and OSDBU as a program office. The contractor shall also possess the capability to expand OSDBUs knowledge of commercial and government best practices in the areas of market research and acquisition program management.”

Responses are due by April 13, 2018.
