The successful candidate will use their “more than 10 years of related experience and relationships with executive level contacts within HHS, CDC and VA, and relationships with potential large and small business partners to network with government of existing contracts, IDIQs, and other contract vehicles to develop a short range and long range opportunity forecast; direct BD organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, preparing critical measurements, and making recommendations to functional strategic thinking and direction; collaborate with executive leadership, marketing/business development, proposal, finance/HR teams, and technical groups to coordinate BD activities, ensuring that proposals are best in class and worthy of award; implement BD strategies by anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances, and tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments; and collaborate with the BD team to maintain the HMS Pipeline and Waterfall.” Read more here.
