VA issues RFI for Real-Time Customer Service Assessment and Feedback Program

The VA has issued an RFI seeking “a comprehensive program for timely customized assessment of customer satisfaction at the point of service, immediate “real-time” feedback for Veteran satisfaction issues, thorough data analysis, regular timely feedback summary reports and ongoing performance improvement coaching. The assessment data collection must be accomplished using a hand-held device.”

Support for this Automated Real-Time Customer Service Assessment and Feedback Program for the Veteran Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS), 11201 Benton Street Loma Linda, CA will include training and ongoing support.

Responses are due by January 10, 2018.
