Tonya Alston, an accomplished Chief Executive Officer and Business Strategist renowned for her transformative impact on organizations within federal and commercial government spheres, assumes the role of Vice President Federal Acquisition Business Development Sales Leader at ICF.

Her extensive expertise spans Program and Project management for IT Modernization and Migrations Projects, overseeing a Client Delivery portfolio valued over $15M. Tonya has been instrumental in orchestrating company reorganizations, devising strategies, and implementing strategic planning methodologies that diversified portfolios, resulting in rapid growth through relationship building and forging direct strategic alliances.

With comprehensive experience as a Certified Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR), Tonya has garnered expert knowledge in the Federal industry.
