Chris Meserole, an expert in artificial intelligence and international governance, has taken on a new challenge as Executive Director at Frontier Model Forum. Chris is currently focused on the development of global standards and best practices for Al safety and evaluation, particularly for advanced models whose capability profile remains unknown. He has led numerous multi-stakeholder processes and track 2 dialogues related to AI safety, and his work has appeared or been featured in the New Yorker, New York Times, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, Wired, and other publications.
