Robert Samonte Tagalicod, previously a Senior Advisor in the Immediate Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration, has embarked on a new role as the Chief of Staff to the HHS Assistant Secretary for Administration. With over 25 years of strategic and operational expertise, Robert has successfully led and executed projects of both national and international importance in both the private and public sectors. These projects have encompassed multi-billion dollar budgets and have spanned across various functional business areas.
