Description
The contractor shall provide a 1-year Software Maintenance with coverage as commercially available to other Rauland Responder 5 system owners. The SMA shall cover all patch installation, bug fixes and software updates for the Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call software (currently version T17) located at the Omaha and Grand Island VA Medical Center and the Papillion VA CLC.
Maintenance Period: Date of Award – 09/30/2024
This support is for systems that are already installed and licensed. Do NOT include: training, installation, or equipment modifications.
