Chatham Communications JV, a joint venture between Reingold, Inc. and The Hatcher Group, Inc., has been awarded an 18-month, $1M contract by the Department of Health and Human Services Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to provide TeamSTEPPS implementation and assessment. TeamSTEPPS is “an evidence-based set of teamwork tools, aimed at optimizing patient outcomes by improving communication and teamwork skills among healthcare teams, including patients and family caregivers.” More here.
