Rob Warren, an experienced business leader skilled in all aspects of leading growth through effective capture and operational execution, has taken on a new role as Vice President of Capture at ECS Federal. In this new role he will be in charge of strategic growth across DOD, DHS, FedCiv and other USGOV agencies. He will also lead a team of capture managers pursuing opportunities ranging in size from $100M-$2B+. Rob is a forward thinker with a fundamental understanding of technology and how to apply it efficiently.
