Duties
- Responsible for: Primary Care Mental Health Integration program across all 5 sites of care in the Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System. Supervises the leaders of these programs.
- Coordinates the quarterly Clinical Pertinence Reviews and biannual Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) for all nurse practitioners in Behavioral Health Service
- Provides oversight and technical assistance to Behavioral Health Program Leaders on performance measures across the service (i.e. SAIL, PDSI, HEDIS, etc.)
- Serves as a champion for National Directives related to patient care (i.e. same-day access to care, suicide prevention, etc.)
