John Sedlock, a results-oriented business development and human resource professional, has taken on a new role as Deputy Director for VBA Training Management and Performance Improvement at the Department of Veterans Affairs. John’s focused approach has helped to successfully establish program objectives, develop and implement capture strategies, and to assess program effectiveness to accomplish organization goals.
