Duties
As a Health Scientist (Informatics), you will:
- Serve as the leader for integrating emerging informatics and technology standards, public health practices and policies to strengthen the organization’s mission.
- Conceive, plan, and coordinate the implementation and evaluation of CDC’s and CIO’s overall integration of health information systems.
- Provide leadership in the direction, development, testing, implementation and evaluation of health informatics and information technology systems relating to the generation of public health information, data, and surveillance systems.
