Description
Supply Chain Modernization Request for Proposal 36C10B23R0006 dated June 29, 2023. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) hereby releases the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Supply Chain Modernization single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Step One proposals are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on July 18, 2023 via the Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA) site (https://www.voa.va.gov/). Please refer to RFP Section E.9(1) for detailed instructions. Please note that VA reviewed questions and comments received in the market research phase which has officially ended with the posting of this RFP and, in consideration, made various updates throughout the RFP. Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to elena.juliano@va.gov and wendy.minch@va.gov with the following subject line: “SCM Solicitation Questions” no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on July 6, 2023. Any questions submitted by potential Offerors will be treated on a non-attribution basis. Potential Offerors are advised that any submitted question may be publicly shared therefore questions shall not contain any proprietary information.
