Joshua Miller, a leader armed with many specialties, including Healthcare Administration, Program Development and Budget Execution, has taken on a new challenge as Chief, DHP Budget and Execution at the Defense Health Agency. In this new role, Joshua directs and controls execution of the Defense Health Program budget, and provides guidance and oversight for service component budget execution and MTF support.
