Kari Szakal, a strategic planning and change management leader armed with over a decade of experience, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Strategic Planning and Risk Management at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this new role, Kari is responsible for overseeing the Department of Veterans Affairs multiyear strategic plan and process and associated enterprise-level risks.
