About the Position: This position is located at Fort Richardson, Alaska.
Duties
- Serve as the Chief Healthcare Operations Officer.
- Responsible for managing clinical optimization, Integrated Referral Management and Appointing (IRMA), group practice management, patient administration and health plan, and healthcare informatics, operations, plans, training and readiness programs.
- Lead Market level clinical optimization, IRMA, group practice management, patient administration and health plan, Healthcare Informatics (HI), and joint healthcare activities and initiatives.
- Manage healthcare delivery and the optimization of healthcare resources across the Market in accordance with the Market Director’s strategic vision.
- Direct healthcare operations, optimization and delivery issues and matters that have Market-wide impacts.
