Jake Fong, an industry leader with experience managing and evaluating Systems Redesign initiatives and other programs impacting process improvement for several VISNs, has taken on a new challenge as Associate Director/Chief Operating Officer at VA Long Beach Health Care System. In this new role, Jake oversees 8 services with over $150 Million operating budget to provide the optimal health services for our nation’s Veterans.
