Imran Shah, an industry leader with experience gathering and developing business requirements and business documentation for federal services, including various government contracting vehicles, has taken on a new challenge as Endpoint Solutions Branch Chief at U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In this new role, Imran provides Federal oversight for operations & management of Microsoft 365 applications (incl eDisc) and overall Platform Operations support, as well as ORR and IV&V processes.
