Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the achievement of performance targets and strategic initiatives by setting and meeting operational goals that are consistent with the vision of the organization
- Manage a team of Program Directors and Managers, and has overarching responsibility for contract delivery, business performance, as well managing relationships with clients
- As a key member of our senior leadership team, this person will work as an integral team member aligned with others leading Technology, Growth and Business across the portfolio
- The position is fully responsible for all aspects of P&L for their Delivery Portfolio, including program delivery, periodic reviews, proactive customer, and assessments for exceeding the performance objectives of the programs

Requirements:
- A Bachelors in related field and at least 10 years of experience leading and managing large-scale technical and mission critical programs,
- At least 10 years of proven experience in federal government program management. Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multi-functional teams
