This role serves as a senior architect/technical SME for a large Supply Chain Management modernization program, helping to modernize and sustain the SCM system that is easy to use, integrated, and intelligent. The Chief Architect is responsible for developing and executing technical solutions aligned to growth initiatives and current projects.”
Responsibilities:
- The Chief Architect will drive enterprise supply chain management IT solutions to achieve a modernized system
- The Chief Architect will design, architect, document, implement, and support our Architectural Runway team in an enterprise environment running in a multi-tenant cloud environment
- The successful candidate must have a strong multi-cloud background, experience architecting enterprise level supply chain solutions, and strong technical analytical skills
- Develop, document, and implement supply chain ecosystem including infrastructure, COTS solutions, integration standards, business intelligence, automation, etc.
- Work in partnership with the Chief Information Security Officer and program stakeholders on the design and execution of security controls to enhance detection and protection of data across the enterprise, and to ensure compliance with applicable Federal and contractual cybersecurity requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 16-18 years of experience, Master’s degree with 14+ years of experience, PhD with 10+ years of experience in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience.
- Technical expert in supply chain systems supporting VA, DOD, Federal, and/or commercial customers
- Understanding of architecture and design across all enterprise IT systems
- Experience in Agile and SAFe Environment and implementing DevSecOps software factories
