Kenneth Oliver III, an industry leader with skills in Process Improvement, Business Strategy, and Strategic Planning, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Business Services in the Office of Acquisition and Logistics at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Kenneth brings experience providing program management technical guidance to VA program officers.
