James Eselgroth, a data scientist and solutions architect with professional expertise helping individuals, businesses, and governments (local, state, and federal) through leveraging technology, leadership, and change management techniques, has taken on a new challenge as VP, Data & Analytics and Chief Data Officer at RIVA Solutions. In this new role, Jim leads RIVA’s Data Office and is the head of Data & Analytics as well as Innovation Solutions.
