NNSA recruits HHS SIIM Director as Director, Emergency Management Policy

Jessica Falcon, an industry leader with over 18 years of experience building security, regulatory, and information management programs that enable risk mitigation and promote resilient critical infrastructure, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Emergency Management Policy at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).

Prior roles include:

  • Director – Office of Security, Intelligence, and Information Management (SIIM) – S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
  • Branch Chief, Regulatory Compliance – U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
  • Regional Director, Chemical Security – U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
