NIH taps Section Chief

Barbara Blau, an industry leader specializing in organizational development, methods of assessment and data analysis and visualization, has taken on a new challenge as Section Chief at National Institutes of Health (NIH). Barbara brings expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to provide workforce planning and analytics consultation to the Institutes.

Prior roles include:

  • Workforce Planning Consultant (Management Analyst), WSDD/OHR, Office of the Director (OD) – National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Program Analyst, OHR/Systems, Analytics, and Information Division, OHR, Office of the Director (OD) – National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Administrative Technician, National Cancer Institute (NCI) – National Cancer Institute (NCI)
