HHS taps Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary – Human Capital

Kimberly Steide, a career executive armed with over 25 years of US Government service leading, managing, and successfully developing human capital management strategies for critical Federal agencies, has taken on a new challenge as Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary – Human Capital at the Department of Health and Human Services. Kimberly is an established leader in program evaluation and data analytics with expertise overseeing the analysis of complex problems, synthesizing analysis, developing, and presenting viable options to leadership, and implementing actionable solutions that lead to measurable improvements in mission outcomes.

Prior roles include:

  • Associate Director, DEIA Analytics and Strategy – US Department of the Treasury
  • Director, HC Strategy, Evaluation, and Analysis – US Department of the Treasury
  • HC Planning and Program Performance Program Manager – US Department of Treasury
